Teledyne ICM and Teledyne Radicon are seeking a Sales Manager – US Market to strengthen and accelerate commercial development in the United States. This strategic role is focused on the growth of advanced X‑ray generators, detectors, and industrial imaging solutions serving the non‑destructive testing (NDT) and security market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing complex sales cycles, and building long‑term customer relationships in a technically demanding and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across the US market
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, technical demonstrations, quotation, negotiation, and closing
- Conduct on‑site technical product demonstrations of X‑ray generators, detectors, and imaging solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, system integrators, and distributors
- Support distributors and key accounts with commercial and technical expertise
- Collect and report market intelligence (competition, pricing, trends, customer needs)
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Contribute to strategic market development and growth plans
Profile Requirements
Education & Experience
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- NDT Level 2 or Level 3 certification is a strong plus
- Proven experience in B2B sales of high‑value technical or capital equipment
- Experience in non‑destructive testing (NDT), the security market, or related technical markets is a strong advantage

Vos responsabilités :
- Support Technique :
- Apporter un support technique aux clients, distributeurs et centres SAV externes après une formation spécifique aux produits de l’entreprise.
- Gestion du Service Après-Vente :
- Prendre en charge la gestion globale du service après-vente et de son équipe.
- Mettre en place les actions et le suivi nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
- Assistance Technique :
- Fournir une assistance technique rapide et efficace en cas de dysfonctionnement ou de panne des équipements via tous les canaux de communication disponibles.
- Formation :
- Dispenser des formations théoriques et pratiques à certains partenaires et distributeurs pour leur permettre d’acquérir les compétences nécessaires à la maintenance et la réparation de nos produits.

R&D engineer
Context :
The Teledyne ICM Research and Development Department currently employs a dozen people, engineers, technicians and draftsmen. It is a multidisciplinary team, bringing together skills in electronics, mechanics, physics, high voltage and software development. Based on specifications defined in close collaboration with the sales department, the R&D team designs, develops, validates and industrializes the innovative products that enable Teledyne ICM to play the leading roles in the markets where it is present. As part of the growth of its activities, we decided to hire a new R&D engineer.
Role :
At first, you receive a specific training in our products and techniques. This training is provided by the technical director and other R&D engineers. Soon you start taking an active part in a product development supervised by a project manager. While giving the team the benefit of your skills, you are also getting familiar with our working methods while deepening your knowledge. In the long term, you gain independence, for a day be able to take responsibility for the management of a project, while continuing to take advantage from the expertise and support of the rest of the team.
