The CP120B and CP160B, and the brand-new CP200B are ultra-light and portable constant potential X-ray generators, specially developed to meet the evolving demands of non-destructive testing and advanced imaging technologies.

Even with their compact size and lightweight design, these constant potential generators are capable of penetrating through 10 mm (CP120B), 21 mm (CP160B) and 33 mm (CP200B) of steel in a very short exposure time.

The CP200B sets a new benchmark in portable radiography, offering 300 W of power, a 100% duty cycle, and a small focal spot for high-resolution imaging. It’s the first battery-operated generator in the market to reach 200 kV, making it a game-changer for field inspections and demanding industrial environments.

Finally, the CPBattery generators can be run continuously for several minutes without any cooling interruptions, which means that you will be able to perform many consecutive analyses.

All CPBattery models are compatible with the full range of digital radiography detectors and software, ensuring seamless integration with any detection equipment.

LI-ION BATTERY AND FAST BATTERY CHARGER

The CPBattery generators are equipped with high-performance LI-ION batteries:

• CP120B and CP160B: 37V batteries, offering up to 300 seconds of continuous exposure and full recharge in just one hour.
• CP200B: powered by a 54V Dewalt XR FLEX battery, delivering unmatched power and autonomy in the field.

A HANDLING FIXTURE THAT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE…

Careful attention has also been given to help to ensure that working on-site is faster, more accurate, and also easier. The strong, shock-absorbing and visually appealing handling fixture has been designed to fully anticipate the needs of its users.

REMOTE OPERATION

Thanks to the CPB’s serial port RS232, kV, mA, exposure time and pre-warning time can be changed from a distance, which allows the operator to customize his or her shots in a secure place. The communication accepts text commands based on the echo mode protocol and is also equipped for wireless operations and Bluetooth capabilities.
