The latest generation of battery packs consists of Li-ion cells that are equipped with an integrated intelligent monitoring system which ensures a longer battery life. This type of battery does not have a so-called “memory-effect” and therefore does not have to be discharged before one is able to recharge it.
This battery is equipped with a test gauge that permits the user to check its charge level and in turn anticipate any potential need for recharging
